Kwanpyo Bae, Director
Kwanpyo Bae began his work as the director of CAPORCI in 2022. He has been working at Chungnam National University since 2020. He has also been serving as the associate dean of the Graduate School of National Public Policy. Previously, he worked as a legislative investigator at the National Assembly Research Service and as a researcher at the Institute of Information, Knowledge, and Policy at Seoul National University. He has been involved in building the Korean Public Service Organizations Survey (KPSOS) of the Organizational Diagnosis and Evaluation Research Center (ODERC).
Sung Kyum Cho, Vice Director
Sung Kyum Cho is the founder and director of CAPORCI. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of CAPORCI’s activities, including the publication of AJPOR and the implementation of KAMOS. He first began working at Chungnam National University in 1991, becoming in a full professor in 2003. He has also served as the dean of the Graduate School of National Public Policy (2019-2021) and College of Social Sciences at CNU (2014-2016). He has also served as the president of the Asian Network for Public Opinion Research (ANPOR), Korea Association of Survey Research (KASR), and Korean Society for Journalism and Communication Studies (KSJCS) and has served as editor for editorial board member for several journals including Survey Research, AJPOR, Studies of Broadcasting Culture, and Indian Journal of Science Communication.
Dongguang Fang, Researcher
Dongguang Fang is a PhD candidate at Chungnam National University. He is responsible for much of the day-to-day operations as well as the administrative work of CAPORCI.
Sarah Prusoff LoCascio, Researcher
Sarah Prusoff LoCascio is a researcher associated with CAPORCI. She also serves as the managing editor of AJPOR.
